Usually, students are assessed internally by holding two sessional examinations in the offline mode for each subject consisting of 40 and 20 Marks based on the credits assigned to the subject. But due to the Covid 19 pandemic situation prevailing in the country, the internal examination could not be held in the offline Mode this year. This year only one sessional examination was held in the offline mode. The second sessional examination was held in online mode from 2nd August to 5th August, 2021 on Google Workspace. Altogether, a total of 611 students took the examination. The examination was held using Google Classroom and Google meet. The students were provided with extensive training and demonstration for using the new technology. The question papers were uploaded on the Google Classroom and the students were given half an hour time to upload the answer sheets after completion of writing the answers in the Google Classroom. Students were divided into 12 groups consisting of 40-50 students in each group. It was made mandatory for the students to join the Google Meet while writing the examination. One invigilator was given the responsibility of monitoring the students during the whole course of the examination. The Google Classroom link was provided to the evaluators for evaluating the scripts uploaded by the students.
